1. Agreement
By using parlour.wtf, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. See also our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Khoobsurati is a free, curated, looping playlist of 90s Bollywood songs, played in-browser via an embedded YouTube player, with links out to the same playlist on Spotify and YouTube Music. It's a hobby project, not a commercial streaming service, and it doesn't compete with or replace licensed music platforms.
3. Eligibility
Khoobsurati is intended for a general audience. If the law where you live requires a parent or guardian's permission for you to agree to website terms on your own, please use the site with that permission.
4. No accounts
No sign-up or account is required or offered. There's nothing to secure and no personal profile stored, so there's no account-security section here to worry about.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the site beyond normal browsing (including hammering the "online now" endpoint)
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the site's security measures
- Use the site for anything illegal, or in a way that disrupts it for other listeners
6. Content & rights
Khoobsurati doesn't host, sell, or redistribute any audio itself. Playback happens entirely through YouTube's own embedded player, subject to YouTube's Terms of Service, and the playlist links point to Spotify and YouTube Music, each subject to their own terms. All song titles, recordings, artist names, film titles, and album artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. The site's design, code, and curation are the operator's.
7. Copyright concerns
Since no media is hosted on parlour.wtf itself, concerns about a specific recording should go to YouTube or Spotify directly. For anything about the site itself (a link that shouldn't be there, etc.), email akashkinkarpandey@gmail.com.
8. Third-party services
The site relies on YouTube (playback embed), Spotify and YouTube Music (external playlist links), Google Analytics, and Cloudflare — each governed by its own terms and privacy policy, linked in the Privacy Policy.
9. No warranty
The site is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available," on a best-effort basis, with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or that playback will always work. Features — including the "online now" counter — may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities — in those cases, this limitation applies only to the extent the law allows.
11. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time; changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where a dispute can't be brought there, both parties consent to the courts with jurisdiction over the operator as the alternate forum.
